This page contains basic information about the payment and delivery terms for equipment at Serverstore.uz. We strive to make the process as transparent and convenient as possible for customers throughout Uzbekistan.

Payment Methods

We work with legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and private customers.

Available payment methods:
– Cashless payment by invoice (for companies and sole proprietors)
– Payment by supply contract
– Advance payment for equipment ordered on request

All payments are processed through the Serverstore.uz bank account.
After payment, you will receive a full set of accounting documents.

Payment Documents

Depending on the terms of cooperation, we provide:
– Supply contract or service agreement
– Invoice and VAT invoice
– Certificate of Completion (for setup or installation services)
– Equipment delivery note

Upon request, we can further specify these terms in the commercial proposal.

Payment Terms and Reserves

Payment terms are typically 1 to 3 business days from the date of invoice issuance.

By agreement, we can:
– Lock in the price of the equipment for a specified period
– Reserve the goods in stock until payment
– Agree on a delivery schedule and payment in stages for large projects.

Returns and Replacements

Return and exchange terms are discussed during the order process and depend on the type of equipment.

Generally:
– Warranty replacement applies if a manufacturing defect is detected
– Configuration exchange is possible upon agreement with the manager
– All cases are considered individually, taking into account the client’s interests.

Delivery Options

We offer several equipment delivery options:

– Pickup from our office/warehouse in Tashkent (2A Labzak Street)
– Delivery within Tashkent by courier
– Shipping to other regions of Uzbekistan by transport companies

The specific delivery method and cost will be agreed upon with the manager when placing the order.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on equipment availability and the region:

– Tashkent: usually 1 business day after order completion
– Regionally: on average 1 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping company and the city’s distance

For urgent projects, we strive to find the fastest possible logistics option.

Packaging and safety

Server equipment requires careful transportation. We:

– use reinforced packaging and protective materials
– secure components inside boxes
– arrange cargo insurance through the shipping company upon request

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend visually inspecting the packaging and case for integrity.

Equipment Inspection and Acceptance

Upon receiving your order, you can:

– Check the contents against the invoice and specifications
– Inspect the equipment’s appearance
– If pickup is arranged, perform a basic on-site test run

If you notice any damage or discrepancies, notify the manager immediately – we will promptly resolve the issue.
